[11/30/2006] - Well, kiddies, it's been a while since you've heard from Ginchy...so, here's the dirt. Paul Freimel has decided to take his musical/personal/professional crusade in another direction. We really enjoyed having Paul in the band and miss him very much. Good luck Paul!!!

An intimate, acoustic set is planned for the Red Line Tap on December 08. Ginchy goes on at 11 but feel free to drop by early, hear an opening band and have a beer with the boys. They'll be glad to see you.

Since Paul's departure the boys have been hitting the studio to record the next Ginchy album. After the Red Line show, the band will be hitting the studio again to finish off laying down tracks. Mixing should take place in January and you'll be able to get your hands on the next Ginchy masterpiece soon.

[08/15/2006] - The boys have been enjoying the summer jamming and breaking in their new bass player, Paul Freimel. Paul has been a great addition to the band. You can check Paul's playing out on September 1 at the Red Line Tap. Ginchy will perform at 10pm; $5 cover. Start off your Labor Day weekend with some great food, drinks and music!

[06/24/2006] - Start off the 4th of July weekend with the band on July 1 at the Red Line Tap at 9pm. The boys are working on a new album and enjoying the summer. Keep tuned for more updates. Hope to see you at the show!!!

[05/20/2006] - Ginchy once again had a great time at the Red Line Tap on May 6. Thanks a lot to all of the fans who showed up to enjoy the show! The band is currently working on recording their follow-up to 2004's "Visible From Outerspace". Stay tuned for more updates. The boys plan to return to the Red Line Tap on July 1 as well.

[04/23/2006] - Be sure to come out and see the Ginchy show on Saturday, May 6 at the Red Line Tap. The band always has a great time at the Red Line and they look forward to heading back. Ginchy will be playing at 10pm this time. Feel free to come early and hang out with the boys.

[03/18/2006] - We hope you can make it out to the Ginchy show on Saturday, March 18 at the Red Line Tap. The boys had a great time at the last Red Line gig and they're excited to be back. Ginchy will appear with Deep Cricket Night and James Apollo.

Finally, Paul Allen has decided to take his journey in bass-ism in a new direction. Ginchy has enjoyed having Paulie in the band and wish him the best of luck.

[12/29/2005] - Happy Holidays from Ginchy!!! The show at Red Line Tap was a lot of fun. The other bands were great and the boys liked the stage and sound system a lot. Hopefully, another Red Line show will come up soon. The band is currently relaxing and visiting their families during the holidays. More gigs and possibly a return to the studio are on tap for the coming year. 2006 will be the year of the Ginch!!!

[10/27/2005] - The band had a great time once again at Gio's. Here's an early head's-up about Ginchy's next performance. Be sure to come out to Rogers Park at the Red Line Tap on December 9. Ginchy will be appearing with Scale Model.

[10/07/2005] - Thanks to everyone who came out to see Ginchy at Sylvie's. The boys had a great time. Be a true Ginch-er or Ginch-ette and check out the band live at Gio's on October 21st. A great time was had by all last time at Gio's so everyone's looking forward to another blast! See you there.
